(not one of my favorites.) the song was released in britain on the beatles' last 1964 album "beatles for sale." the footage is from their 1965 shea stadium concert at the height of beatlemania. the concert film was shown in the u. s. as a tv special. it corresponded with release of their 2nd film "help!" and its soundtrack and their 2nd and last live performance on "the ed sullivan show." thanks for the video.

No one is prepared for their first time hearing this song. I heard it when it came out and it just was one more amazing song of the time. So much good music from the 70's. I have been listening to reactions to this song recently. And something you said makes me realize why. You said this kind of stuff really happens to people. Well, a student at a school I teach at sometimes was just accidentally killed when he and his cousin were playing with a gun. I am not sure if that is the real connection, but wow, it makes sense that this song would resonate with me after the death by gunshot of a student I knew.

NF is sooo underrated, I went to his hope tour concert a few days ago and it was so amazing.I was at my lowest when I was 12-16 cutting myself I’m 18 now and I’m okay! But being able to experience and listening to him I was smt different like he just gets it, he saved me. Seriously tho not a lot of ppl know who he is and it makes me mad cus he definitely deserves more attention! Nate is amazing!
